Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

ORDERING

How is my payment handled?

Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Australian Dollars. Both methods of payment are fully secure. You can select which payment method to use. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase as can simply use the CHECKOUT button for Credit Card payment, or you can also use the PayPal service to pay utilising your regular debit or credit card. Please note we DO NOT store any of your debit/credit card details.

Is Stripe a safe way to pay?

Stripe is a popular global payment/processing/merchant service company and is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.  It is accredited with the Better Business Bureau and maintains an A+ rating.

Purchasing with a deposit
If you would like to purchase an original painting you are welcome to purchase in stages. I understand this can be a helpful option. A 50% deposit is payable to hold your painting . The balance can be paid the following month or in 2 monthly payments of 25% each. Please contact me if you are interested in arranging this.

Paying by bank transfer

If preferring to pay by direct debit bank transfer, which many Australian customers often do, please contact me directly via email.  If you select this option you will be emailed with details of how to pay. Please pay immediately as the artwork will be marked as sold immediately and unavailable to others.

Can I purchase your work with a different payment plan?

I understand spreading the cost can be a helpful option. Please contact me to arrange. You can hold the painting with a 50% deposit. The balance can be paid in one further payment or 2 monthly payments of 25% each. This is an informal agreement made with trust; you understand that a deposit will secure your artwork and you will be required to pay the remaining balance. As soon as the final payment is made, your work will be shipped to you.


 

This is not a credit scheme, but an arrangement on trust, at no extra cost to you. Usual shipping costs and return policy will apply.

SHIPPING

Is shipping included?

Most destinations have an estimated delivery cost included at checkout, but the costs can vary due to the unique nature of each individual artwork. Please refer to the specific options below regarding Local Collect, Domestic and International.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 2 - 5 working days.

 

Once dispatched Australian deliveries should arrive within 2 - 5 days, but please allow up to 7 days. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

 

International shipping estimates can vary, I usually estimate around 7-14 days depending on your location, but even this time line can blow out. Contact me and I can find out an approximate expected delivery time frame.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes, Local buyers (Melbourne & surrounding areas) can choose to collect their work from my studio – use code ‘COLLECT’ at checkout. Once you have placed your order I will email you and we can work out a time to meet. My home is in Eltham, 3095 (north/east of Melb)

Interstate delivery - I am able to offer specialised art transport courier for individual clients from my studio direct to you with an Australia wide, flat (per item) rate applying. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.

International delivery require an individual approach as paintings need to be carefully boxed up or crated, this is a bespoke service. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the artwork and your location (all artworks are fully insured), hence why it ISN'T AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED AT SHIPPING and needs to be assessed per artwork. This could be more or less than the automatically applied rate, which is currently set at an average cost per item. IF you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost difference will be billed separately after agreement. Or if you would like to message me with your address prior to committing to the order I can contact you with the cost of what the exact shipping charge will be. PLEASE NOTE: If you have completed your purchase online and then find the cost is not acceptable you will be refunded in full. Please send me an email if you would like me to check in advance.

Note: I use the services of a reputable courier, such as Pack and Send, who have experience with delivering artwork around the world. I have never had an issue with them with any of my international shipments.

Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Please note: Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

RETURN POLICY

What happens if I want to return my painting?

I want all of my collectors to be happy when they receive their artwork, however, if you receive your painting and you change your mind, then you have 7 days to request a refund in writing. Once approval has been given, you must pack and return the artwork to me, at your own expense, via the same standard of shipping (including insurance). Please make sure you have selected your painting carefully.  If you need more information or photos before you buy, then please do contact me. 

What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.

What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Australia.

Do you give a refund on prints if I change my mind?
All prints are custom made to the size you request. I don’t hold stock – each print is made for you. Please check the size is as you wish before you place the order.
